A Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) at MABC provides direct therapeutic support to individuals with autism and other behavioral challenges under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). RBTs implement individualized treatment plans based on Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles to support the development of social, communication, and learning skills.
They work closely with clients and families, collect and document behavioral data, and communicate progress to the supervising BCBA to help guide ongoing treatment decisions.
