Desirae Leeper oversees clinical operations across our U.S.-based clinics. Her passion for Applied Behavior Analysis began in high school after observing her sister’s work in the field, along with her lifelong love of working with children.
She earned both her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology with a minor in Family and Child Development, and her Master’s degree in Special Education with an emphasis in Autism and Applied Behavior Analysis from Texas State University. Her experience spans providing services to individuals ages 2–85 across residential, in-home, and clinic-based settings.
She joined Mireles Autism and Behavioral Center as a Behavior Technician, advanced to BCBA upon certification, and later served as Clinical Director of the McAllen location before advancing to Regional Clinical Director. She is committed to ethical, high-quality care and fostering a supportive, collaborative clinical environment.
